This was a legal ground-breaking case. Bill acted for Kevin Halligan in the Supreme Court when for the first time the Court held that a United Kingdom citizen could rely upon his convention rights to defeat an order for his extradition.

Jeffrey Tesler

Bill also acted for Jeffrey Tesler, a London solicitor, who fought extradition to the U.S.A. in relation to the Halliburton Bribery and Corruption case involving the alleged bribing of Nigerian officials at the time of the building of the natural gas plant at Boney Island.

Interpol

Bill has been instructed to represent persons who have been the subject of a Red Notice issued by Interpol, and has made representations to have the notice withdrawn when it has been issued in circumstances where the requesting state has not complied with the criteria for making a valid request.

Foreign Jurisdictions
